On March 26 (Wednesday), we had the honor of welcoming Mr. Wase Abe, Director- International Training from Best Serv Inc., Japan, a leading Osaka-based company specializing in airport ground handling services, including passenger assistance and ramp operations. With a well-established presence across major Japan’s airports—Kansai International Airport (KIX), Narita International Airport (NRT), New Chitose Airport (CTS), and Fukuoka Airport (FUK)—Best Serv Inc. plays a crucial role in the aviation industry.

In the meeting, we have decided to collaborate in establishing an airport ground handling Training Center in Malaysia. This initiative aims to equip aspiring airport ground staff with essential skills and industry knowledge, preparing them for successful careers in Japan’s thriving aviation sector. We hope to create new career pathways for Malaysians looking to enter the global aviation workforce.
